A gas-inducing impeller enables efficient recycling of gas from the headspace into the liquid. Historically, these impellers were used for the first time in froth flotation machines. Gas-inducing reactor has the advantage of low energy consumption and high utilization rate of air. Gas is induced into the reactor when the rotation speed of gas-inducing impeller meets or exceeds the critical rotation speed, and then mixes with liquid in the tank.
